You can get help instantly by asking Jaine litigation and settlement-specific questions directly through the portal – 24/7. She’s designed to provide real-time answers, streamlining the process and giving you immediate access to the information you need without the wait.

How much does Jaine cost?

How does Jaine’s AI work?

Using your allocated Jaine PIN, simply log in to the Jaine platform or portal via the URL provided. Once you’re in, you can ask her any questions related to your litigation and settlement — including status, settlement compensation methodology, payment dates, case‑specific information, and more. Within the platform, you can view all your previous sessions across all the assistants to which you have access. Her AI is designed to understand and respond to your inquiries based on the most up‑to‑date and accurate information available for your specific program. Currently, Jaine does not support anonymous public access.

How does Jaine know the answer to my legal question?

Jaine has been trained on hundreds of legal documents specific to your settlement or litigation giving her an understanding of the details that matter most. In addition, Jaine is closely monitored by experienced professionals – including leaders who have spent decades serving as administrators and court-appointed special masters for settlement funds and crisis response programs across the country. Her information is continuously updated and a team of reviewers, nurse practitioners, and doctors regularly evaluate and refine her knowledge to ensure the answers you receive are accurate and reliable.

Is Jaine’s AI accurate?

Yes – providing accurate answers is our top priority. Jaine is continuously monitored and reviewed by a team of experienced nurse practitioners who evaluate responses to ensure quality and correctness. In addition, Jaine is programmed with a scoring system that measures confidence in her answers. If Jaine determines that it isn’t confident enough to provide a reliable response, she won’t answer, and a member of our staff will reach out to you as soon as possible to ensure your question is addressed accurately and thoroughly.

Does Jaine keep my information private?

Jaine references her answer from public data such as transcripts from Townhall meetings, FAQs, and methodology documents. If her answer is from a public source, you will be available to review the document. She also pulls her references from private data that aren’t viewable by users such as years of textbooks written by Matt Garretson.

How does Jaine compare to other AI platforms?

Jaine is uniquely built for the mass tort space – not a general-purpose tool. Our team is made up of industry leaders with extensive experience in both the legal and entrepreneurial fields, including professionals who have served as court-appointed special masters. The AI is trained on documents written specifically for mass tort settlements, giving it a focused and highly relevant knowledge base. On top of that, it’s continuously monitored and refined by medical professionals -including doctors and nurse practitioners who are experts in the specific mass tort in question — ensuring responses are both accurate and medically sound

Can Jaine be used both internally and externally?

Yes – It can assist internal staff by providing quick access to company resources and help clients by delivering relevant case-specific information. Separate AI Assistants can be tailored for different user groups based on your organization’s unique needs.

How does Jaine handle different access levels for internal vs. external users?

Separate Assistants are designed for distinct user groups. Internal users can access in-depth company resources, while external users (clients) are limited to information relevant to their specific cases, ensuring clarity and appropriate access control.

What media does Jaine support?

Jaine is trained on PDFs, text files, Word documents, spreadsheets, and other OCR – compatible formats. She can also integrate with external data sources to enhance her knowledge and responsiveness.

How does Jaine handle updates to documents?

When a document is updated or replaced, Jaine re-indexes the new version within 30 minutes. She prioritizes the most recent information while ensuring accuracy across all responses.

Can we control which data sources Jaine references?

Yes – users can define and prioritize specific data sources, ensuring the most relevant information is used in responses.

How does Jaine prevent incorrect or misleading answers?

Jaine uses a configurable scoring mechanism to assess response confidence. If the confidence score is too low, Jaine will withhold the answer and prompt the user to contact the appropriate attorney and/or case manager. Low‑confidence answers are also flagged so we can address the question internally. Subject matter experts regularly review Jaine’s responses to ensure accuracy. If an answer is found to be incorrect, our team will reach out with the correct information, and Jaine will be updated to provide the accurate answer going forward.

Can Jaine be programmed to avoid certain types of content or responses?

Yes – Jaine can be configured with boundaries, filters, and scoring criteria to ensure she does not provide unauthorized, speculative, or inappropriate responses.

Does Jaine provide source references with answers?

Yes – Jaine provides source references with her answers. Document visibility is configurable at the time of upload, allowing you to designate sources as either public or hidden. If you prefer certain documents not be shown to users, they can be marked as hidden while still informing Jaine’s responses in the background.
