History of Jaine
Jaine.AI is named in honor of a truly remarkable mass tort claimant: Jane, who passed away from cancer in March 2023 after a decade-long, courageous battle. Jane was a plaintiff in a product liability case, and her journey inspired the creation of this platform.
Well before she became ill, what made Jane extraordinary was her insatiable curiosity about litigation and settlements. She spent years working for a leading claims administrator immersing herself in the intricacies of mass torts and class action lawsuits. As a former English teacher, she devoured every piece of information she could find and worked diligently to turn legalese into plain language that claimants could understand. Her passion for simplifying these complex processes was unparalleled.
When Jane passed, there needed to be a way to carry forward her legacy of learning and helping to educate others. Jaine.AI was born out of that mission—a cutting-edge artificial intelligence education/engagement tool designed to navigate the complexities of mass tort cases. It provides targeted education and guidance for both claimants, case managers, and attorneys, making the complicated world of mass tort litigation and settlements more accessible and understandable.
This platform is a tribute to Jane’s remarkable life, her love for learning, and her desire to help others. We wish she could have seen it come to life, but through Jaine.AI, her legacy lives on.
